This web page outlines details of the applications the Council's Licensing Section have received in respect of the following application types: -

If you wish to submit representations in respect of any of the applications listed below they must be received by the Licensing Section by the closing date for the receipt of representations for the particular application. Representations received after this date cannot by law be accepted.

Any representation that is submitted must relate to the four licensing objectives and must include the full name and address of the person or persons making the representation. Representations that are made by email or fax must be followed up forthwith by a signed hard copy or they cannot be accepted.

Please also be aware that the Licensing Act 2003 requires us to send copies of all representations received to the applicant or the applicants representative. In exceptional cases the Council may decide to withhold some or all of the interested party's personal details from the applicant.
